No, I was just doing it for fun! Abstract algebra (Lie and Jordan in particular) and higher-order categories were classes that I was taking for recreational purposes. I completed my last MSc 11 years ago but I am still attending 1-2 graduate classes a year. Learning is something I cherish and it probably explains why I like to switch jobs every few years...
