Hi,
I'm having a bizarre problem running VFP 3.0 under Win95 on a pentium PC with 32 MEG RAM. I start up VFP and open my project in the Project Manager and from there open the Database Designer. As I am modifying the Database (adding fields to tables, creating Persistant Relationships, moving tables around, etc.) the available memory in VFP (& Windows) keeps dropping until there is none left and I get the following message: "There is not enough memory to complete this operation". Just prior to this message, I also notice that the scrollbar up/down arrows on the tables in the database have transformed themselves into the numerals 5 and 6!
The problem asserts itself after only about 5 minutes of work in VFP. It appears the only way to free the memory is to totally shut down VFP and then restart (Closing the Proj Mngr/DB Designer and issueing CLOSE ALL CLEAR ALL have no effect).
Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions? Do I need a patch/upgrade? Thanks,
Dave DeHaan
