One more piece of advice requried ...

Before I embarked on the road to Drag and drop, I used buttons for Insert, Remove between list boxes.

Now I have added what I could derive from the help, and basically works but I am having difficulty determining the selected item for removing and inserting.

I have used .DisplayValue, but for some reason, it decides to be the one prior one to selection ... sometimes ... any ideas ?
