I have tried multiple times by using the ActiveX control interface manager, but have failed. I've tried defining my own properties and that doesn't work either. How do I do this? Is it possible? Is there a third party tool that does this? Is there another way? Will this occur in VB.Net?

You need to go to the Tools->Procedure attributes. You then select the property that you want to be data-bindable, click the Advanced button, click Property is databound and at least Show in databindings. You need to do this for each property that you want to be bindable.

No code is required.
