I see that the system requirements state Microsoft Windows NT® 4.0 with Service Pack 6 (SP6) or later. Are there any other requirements? My end user is getting an error message that says, "Unable to Locate DLL, The dynamic link urlom.dll can not be found in the specified path". I have searched MSDN and I cannot find this file! What's going on here?
