That's correct...the checkbox, for what you're trying to do, ought to be bound to a field such as DETAIL.CARRY_TO_NEW_ASSEMBLY (of course, a shorter name if table not in a Database). Then, after user commits to creating a new assbly using selected detail, SCAN through all recs where the checkbox field is .T.
