FoxFix installation troubles
I just received my new copy of FoxFix. I accepted the default User Name and Company Name that the setup showed and then proceeded to enter the Product ID and Activation Key. The validation failed.
I think the issue is that I had neglected to enter the User Name and Company Name specified on my authentication slip. I presume that these are essential to successful activation. My problem is that when I tried to re-run the setup to correct this, it would go straight to the Product ID and Activation Key screen without giving me a chance to correct the User Name and Company Name mistake. Right now I am waiting for a reply from Xitech.
Q: Does anyone know how I can re-initialize my FoxFix setup to enable me to put in the correct User Name and Company Name?

I found my solution. There is a binary file FoxFix.xcb which is located alongside setup.exe. It appears to log details of the installation because it was modified when I tried my installation. Also, when I replaced it I was able to execute a clean reinstallation.
