Here are some better numbers:

In 1999, U.S. piracy accounted for 118,000 dollars in lost tax revenue, 2 lost jobs, and 53,000 dollars in lost wages.

These estimates are based on solid data cross-referenced to purchasing history of people who cannot or will not pay for a Windows Operating System.
