Oracle doesn't control the OS so they can't dictate to hardware vendors that Oracle9i be shipped with their PCs. That monoply is not possible.

There are other software houses publishing database products: SAP, PostGreSQL, DB2, InBase, and a ton more...., so that Monopoly is not possible.

Ellison is too rich, arrogant, greedy and obnoxious. But, so is Gates, except that gates puts on a better image, except when in court, testifying. That monoply is not possible.

What did you have in mind? What market entity does Ellision have control over and in abusing harms the consumers?
