Your comment on using the StrToFile() function really got our wheels turning, and we tried some new things out--and they worked! Now we are using that function to send all the main content of our data to the print file (in the middle of a print job, too!) instead of using the ? or ?? commands. It has basically resolved all our problems in this area with no performance compromise. Thank you for your input!
