Take the US military out of the Gulf coalition forces and there wouldn't have been a military response to Iraq. Take MS out of the BSA and you won't have a BSA. Proof: why are all the pirating concerns over WinXX? How many, by comparison, actions against pirates of other software have you seen. A handful, for puposes of publicity to make the BSA seem less like an MS tool.
