My understanding from reading various MS email signatures is that it is fruitless to reply to these individuals directly and I should wait until I snag one of these individuals in this thread.

In my experience, **nothing could be further from the truth**. I've replied to -all- of the above named individuals directly on several occasions. Each has responded promptly -- well, in Mike's case (poke), he was on vacation, so he gets a pass just this once (BG)(ducking).

I'd strongly suspect that if you write a polite e-mail to any of the above with your question, comment or suggestion, you'll get a prompt response. I'd be *very* surprised if you didn't.
