There is a registry setting that you need to set. I'm not sure what OS you're using but I have a Win2K machine and that setting I'm talking about can be found under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\[Company Name]\[Application Name]\[Version]\[DBC Locations - Local]

Of Course, replace everything between [ ] with the appropriate info.
