What property determins whether or not a list box has a scroll bar (slider button)
when there are more items than can be show at one time?

I have two simple forms, each has only one list box populated by an alias (table).
Both have more items than can be seen at one time. One has a scroll bar to
allow you to see the items hidding below the bottom of the form. The other
does not and will not let me see those items at the bottom of the list
