Both list boxes are set up to expand in height to a maximum of the limit of the available screen.
So when there are 15 to 25 items or more the height of the forms and the list boxes increases to
show as many items as possible. They should work the same way, I haven't tested them for items
numbering less than 15 because all the items would be visible and thus no need for a scroll bar.
