Oscar,
Try issuing a CLEAR DEBUG at the command window to clear out all custom settings. Maybe something got corrupted in either the FoxUser file or trhe registry (where most of the settings are stored). You will have to reset all window positions and the like but that shouldn't be too burdensome.
