Depnds what the second theif steals. If he steals something back, then he's not stealing. OTherwise, he's a theif.

I don't think he's come up with every answer thats come out of MS. And even if he did, it woudln't be only because it makes Bill Richer, it would be because he's protecting the entire company (lots of people).
I don't honestly think Bill would know if he had 36 billion or 100 billion. I don't think that would effect him, I know it wouldn't effect me. The food he ate woudln't be any better, the cars he drove wouldn't be any faster, and he'd still have a bad hair cut.
