Remember, Steve Balmer and Paul Allen both have substantial stock holdings. It only takes a few folks to get a majotity I'd think. Besides, who would want to tell Gates he doesn't know how to run a business that has some 30 billions cash in the bank?
Even though I'm sure he needs to be told now and again just like everyone else. <g>
