You can open your existing databases with Stonefield and it will generate some metadata files for you. You can then distribute those files.

If your app is already running with data, the tables will need to opened with Stonefield. I'm sure Doug or someone will jump in and tell you how to do that without loosing anything or having to install Stonefield at the end user site.
