Not free, but www.MelissaData.com has what you need. We subscribe to them and get regular (quarterly) updates with all the latest changes. Comes in a comma delimited format. Just checked my database and it's current record count is 73182. That number is not all unique zipcodes, but also listed the alias's used for that particular zipcode.
