Does anyone know how to use the 3.0 install shield merge modules with the installshield express 3.5 program?

P.S. I've already figured out that the installshield 3.0 version included for free with vfp7 does not include the msvcr70.dll file in the visual c++7 or visual foxpro 7 runtime merge modules.
