I've only repeated what I got from a KB article some time ago when I went to look for how to locate it on my WinME system.

The article is:Q266456 and it starts:
"SUMMARY
Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me) does not include Microsoft Personal Web Server (PWS) 4.0, and PWS 4.0 is not supported in Windows Me."

For me it became the excuse to finally buy a notebook, with Win2000 installed.
