Yes, it works as advertised. As a simple example add Notepad.exe and a .txt file to the IS project. Got to "Show launch program"-say Yes, add the Notepad.exe to the executable name, and add the .txt file name to Parameter line. Build and test. Works like a charm.
Now if you wanted to add your own message box before the end of the setup, I don't think you can do that, but, I don't think that's a showstopper..
