I have run across a problem with VFP 7.0 and want to know if anyone else has had this problem and what the solution is.

I have VFP 7.0 on a W98 SE machine with 256 meg of memory, a Diamond Viper V770 Ultra card (uses nVidia TNT2 chipset), IE 5.5. I have created a form with a user defined method in the form. The method is called 'ValidateVendor'. When I invoke this method from a command button on a form, I type in 'thisform.' and the intellisense pops up with the PEM's. I select 'ValidateVendor' and then type a left open parenthesis. At that point, after typing the parenthesis, I get a C000005 Fatal exception. I have been able to reproduce this error in this form several times. It also seems to happen on user defined methods of other forms.

Does anyone have any clues as to the solution to this ?

Thank you.
