Sarah,

There's memo field User in the class library .VCX table. It's reserved for developer use. You can store your info there.

>However this particular library holds reports. I have a table of the full description and class name of the reports which is maintained separately from the libary. What would be great is to be able to have a flag on the class specifying if the class linked to an actual report (as opposed to being a form, baseclass for a group of reports). I could then delete my table and regenerate it from the contents of this class. The table is then embedded in the program exe which calls the reporting exe (which holds my class) as a reference which is quicker than interrogating the reporting exe for it's contents every time.
