Did you try, however, stepping through your code to see what was happening with the code you thought should be releasing the form? Or did you just keep writing code?

If the LockScreen is the problem, you'd have found it right away.

FWIW, if you're debugging code, it's always a good idea to keep lockscreen .f. until you know the code is working correctly.
