I have also seen the form designer show a position for a label, but when I touched it in the form designer after altering the caption, the labeled moved positions on me. You might try changing the label caption in the form designer and then click on the label with you mouse in the form designer and see if the label jumps to a new position. When this happens to me I just do a realignment to where I want it and go on. Dont know why the form designer does this shifting on its own when I change the caption, but sometimes it happens.
