There's the -b command line option that allows you to specify a BMP splash graphic under VFP 6 and BMP/JPG/GIF splash graphics under VFP7. VFP7 also allows you to specify the splash screen duration as an additional option.

VFP6

myfoxapp.exe -bmysplash.bmp

I think the VFP7 syntax is something like

myfoxapp.exe -bmysplash.bmp,3000

Where the 3000 (put you own value there) is duration of the splash graphic display in milliseconds (3000 milliseconds = 3 seconds).
