Right, the readme file for this download is clear about that. Even the description states that it is useful for obtaining the code for the parameters collection and then you can put that in your data class.

Just so Scott and others are aware: this technique requires a round trip to the server, so it's a good idea to stay away from using parameters.Refresh when the app is live. I use this technique for real quick development and testing, but it's much more efficient to code for explicit adding of sproc parameters.
