Well, if he doesn't want to get a new machine he can definately upgrade his RAM. If he's in need of PC133 RAM, its super cheap right now. You can get a 128 stick of Macron RAM for 26 dollars Canadian. (17 US). Check out
www.ncix.com for cheap RAM. I've bought stuff from them before and they are reliable.

>I have a client who is running my app. on a Pentium 200 MHZ machine with 64 MB RAM. He complains the app. is running a little slow. My other clients (10 of them) are running fine with Pentium II (or better) about 350 MHZ and 128 MB RAM.

>I've advise the first customer to maybe upgrade his machine. He is reluctant to do so (he is a cheapo, if you know what I mean). Don't know what else to say to him. The app. was originally written in VFP 3.0 but I have converted to VFP6.0 (I'm a little weary about VFP7.0) with many added features. Yet he is reluctant to upgrade his 5 year old machine.
