I also get the feeling that everytime Bill Gate's says the word "Device", he is not really refering to a peice of hardware that can access "the cloud", but he is really talking about special computer chips that MS sticks in our heads while we sleep at night that allow them to steal all of our thoughts and collect them in one gigantic brainstorm... or "cloud" as he puts it.

Yeah, considering I didn't explain to you the meaning and orgin of the word, plus quotes of MS competitors using and explaining the word, that still doesn't mean Bill is in my head! Its MY head!!!
