>I do not have the specific hardware configurations at the moment, but I do know that the clients will have Win95 and it will be an NT server. At this point, the number of heavy users for this specific app is around 10 with 10 - 15 casual users. Other apps will be loaded on the server and there may be around 150 total users of the server. This specific app is being written in VFP 5.0a and will use VFP's database. I'd appreciate all comments; the good, the bad and the ugly from everyones experiences on installing, configuration, etc., etc. for this type of arrangement.

I have an app (VFP5.0 with about 8 heavy users and eventually 3-5 casual users) on a Novell Network and primarily NT stations. (Some casual users may end up with 95)) I have the application installed at each station and the DBC resides on the server. The only issue that has arisen is that, even on NT, the app is a huge memory hog. Each station (Pentium 90s or faster) has 32MB RAM, however, and with Virtual Memory set at least at 50MB, the app can run concurrently with Exchange, Word, Excel, TeleMagic and a remote service app (DOS).
My development arena is on an NT server and I haven't had any problems with that either.
So, in fewer words, everything is peachy.
