Not tricky at all - just "regsvr32 yourWebApp". In fact, the new version of Installshield probably allows you to specify that this happens automatically when the VFP COM dll is installed.
Setting up virtual directories in IIS or PWS is a little trickier, involving adding some entries to the registry, but, can also be done in Installshield. Also, there is a utility in ActiveVFP called SetupVirt2 that does all of of these things automatically and then launches the VFP COM web app from the browser...
