It may not be a chain letter, but to some extent it's not much better if people do start spreading it.

I dont think any valid results can be obtained from such a survey. I currently suffer from shoulder, back & arm pain - nothing to do with my posture at and/or time in front of the computer, but a lot to do with the car that rear-ended me some months ago. I suffer from digestion problems, but this is heriditary. I currently do not go on many outings, cinema etc, but this is due to education costs for my children & several unexpected household expenses.
