Yes, Clipper does have better array functionality and other things borrowed from C+ like variable declaration and assigment. In opposition Clipper does not have a native database engine, remember it was born as a Dbase Compiler. I used Clipper for a few Years and then move to VFP and will keep with it as long as I can.
