You can leave the DLLs on the network.
Or, create a "dummy" installation file. I didn't install VFP7, but I had to do this for the SPs. Install some small program, like calc.exe (VFP6 installer requires to specify a file). Mark the checkbox, indicating you want runtime support libraries.
