Hi Hilmar,

In my experience, when I am using the class designer I always get the inherited properties and methods in the Edit Properites and Methods dialog. When I am in the form designer, I do not because I am working with an instance, not a subclass. I don't know how your class hierarchy is structured, but I imagine the same thing would hold true for a class put on a container class in the Class Designer, since you would again be working with an instance.
