This has Installshield for Windows Installer (POS that hangs when I add files using NT) and now we've got Intallshield Express Limited Edition for VFP (which is advertised on MS website as Installshield Express which is what we thought we were getting). Also, when running the VFP limited edition one, when you go to 'get update' it takes you to the install shield update page which leads one to believe you can purchase an update. My argument is that this feature is totally misadvertised through the 'update' info and through MS's advertisement. We were able to order the update and intall it. But when I called Installshield to ask them what happened to the msm files for VFP7, they told me that the order should NOT have gone through in the first place and they told me that they are canceling our official order and they were sorry that their webpages were misleading. Now I have a fully functionaly install shield express that I
>have to delete because we don't 'qualify' for an update. I guess I'm the only one that sees this as bad business.


Don't let them appologize. They accepted the upgrade order they should honor it or see you in court. They admitted they had misleading advertising.
