Data: Oracle 8i Lite

I open an application (.APP) from a master one (.EXE) but if I close my .app then I cannot reopen it.
I know that a datasession stay open even if I closed the .app.

Ex: MASTER.EXE call --> CHILD.APP (Containing only 1 form and a toolbar). In CHILD.APP, I use 2 views created from an Oracle database (8i Lite). When I closes the CHILD.APP, its datasession stay open. When I try to reopen the CHILD.APP (From a call in menu), I got this message: ["CHILD.APP" is not found]

Any suggestion?
