Actually, I think the Class is either included or excluded from the Project, and the project is turned into either an app, or exe file.
But if you say that it cant find the Cbhavior.vcx file, then I would assume that it is not in fact included in the project.

the first thing I would do to test that assumption is to just copy the vcx vct files, to the client machine, to first the working directory where the app is, or in some predifined classfile directory.

When working with Class files,and apps, I find that I have to copy the class files to the work station as well.
