Yes and no. You can by using a style sheet or DHTML. If you are using ASP you can store your font face and size to variable and reference them when outputting the html. To the best of my knowledge you cannot do it with plain html. Just as a side note you need to be very careful when doing this, not everyone has all the fonts and some people my already have their browser set to really big or really small fonts. So your page may not look as intended and may become unusable by some if you are too specific with your fonts and sizes.
