Are appropriate options checked in your UT account information and setup? You could unckeck them occasionally without knowing about effect. If yes, then post this to the UT suggestions document in the documents section, though i works for me. I did noticed, however, that messages arrive to me as an Outlook links for downloading the answer page so it appears in Outlook by the same way as in the browser. Good and coll improvement! However, whatch if it is not also a cause of the problem you mentioned.
