If it is related to an OCX than you should contact the OCX vendor. This is what did for a few applications where I was using some OCXs. In most of the time, this is mentioned in the OCX help. Also, in most of the time, those OCXs need the same files. So, once you have the DLL required for one, you are all set for the next DLL. However, the OCX is different for each one. :) There might also be additional file required for an OCX.

I am not aware of the difference between those two. Normally, we put them all in the ..\windows\system directory.
