This did not work. On further review of the log file I found this error message:

REDMON WritePort: about to write 4096 bytes to port
ERROR: undefined filename in (\377\376-)

Does this help?

Also, when you removed the "%1" from the arguments setting, do you change the output to "Program Handles Output"?
