When compiling the project into an APP or EXE make sure that the APP or EXE is not currently running on either your workstation or on another. Also make sure that the APP or EXE or any of the compiled components ( Classlibs, Forms, Reports etc.) are not marked read only, This precaution is required if you select compile all.
