Well, I decided to respond "Yes" to the "Do you want to debug" question and I think it is related to the following entry on that html file:

x = fpolectl1.FoxDoCmd("DO (HOME() + 'hlp2fox') WITH 'Solution','Modify'","a")

I'm going to take a look at this PRG and see if it's just not finding the path.
