Since I do not know that names of the controls on your form or the names of the cursor used as the grid's RecordSource or its fields, that would be impossible. I'm afraid that my crystal ball is malfunctioning today < s >.

May I suggest that you check out the books at www.Hentzenwerke.com. The Fundamentals (written by Whil Hentzen) should help to get you up to speed.
