I just tried some tests and I was not able to get this to work the way you want in the header, footer or detail band without using memo fields set to stretch with overflow. You might be able to send a page eject command to the printer at a specific point to simulate what you want. There have been some threads here recently on that, but I couldn't do the search to find it.
