I had been under the impression that if I downloaded the patch to my hard drive and then rebuilt the exe that everybody on the network was running, that the 'fix' would be in the exe - 'taint so! It has been a royal pain to install the patch for every user but it fixes the print problem completely. Just thought you might like to know. Thanks again.
