I have on the wall of my office one big Microsoft´s .NET chart telling that .NET was built to naturally work under all the enviroments like: MEs, 98s, 2ks, mobiles, CEs, Nets (of course) and Webs.
It says that: PORTABILITY is the keyword for the born of .NET
